Before launching on SEO with LogicSpot, my web site had been drawing in local business, but nothing further afield. Their SEO made me realise that I could be positioning myself in a wider market with better use of keywords. It also made me have a fresh look at my web site in terms of the local market and made me realise that there were several key phrases I would never get found for, thereby encouraging me to add many extra pages to the site for SEO purposes.
I had not been aware of the use of submitting articles to directories before; this meant I was missing out on inbound links to my site. It has been very much a learning curve for me, but my website is now much higher up the Google listings, thus generating more enquiries.
Mark and his team have done an amazing job with my website. Before even thinking about designs, he asked what I was hoping my business to achieve in the next three years, and made me think about how I wanted to position myself in the marketplace – life coach as well as web developer!
We then discussed colour schemes, etc. and LogicSpot came back with an initial design, which was contemporary and different from all the other training companies out there. I asked for certain tweaking of colours, which caused no problems.
Mark took my original website and copied many of the pages on to the new sitJane for me, with me then taking his lead and copying over the rest. He also suggested improvements to the wording on various pages, which were always well thought out. I have bothered him with scores of questions, asked him to make changes to things I didn’t feel happy with and needed help in getting to grips with WordPress, but Mark kept his cool throughout, always answering speedily and professionally.

The site now looks better but crucially, our new site is far better optimised for search. That was our original goal in the site redesign and LogicSpot hit the mark.
We’ve now got a nice, simple, easy-to-use content management system – where we can and do update webpages and news entries. Because it’s easy to use and access, we actually use it every week and are able grow our site very simply.We spent most of the time dealing with Mark, the CEO – he is very clear, understandable and extremely responsive.
Most important for us on the project? LogicSpot came from an SEO-led approach and not a graphics-led approach. There’s nothing wrong with a graphics-led approach, but getting to the top of Google was the most important deal for us.

Its rare to find an individual with both a highly technical edge and a true creative’s ability to produce good user interfaces, this combined with a deep understanding of business practices made Mark irreplaceable on the project. The system he designed has been in a state of continual growth for the 4 years since he created it, and I can honestly say that it is due to him that the core design has remained the same regardless of the extra demands placed upon it.
Mark has a great understanding of the business aspects of building IT systems, which means he can often deliver things you need, but didn’t even ask for! It is very refreshing to deal with an IT person who you can interpret your business requirements into working and flexible systems.
A recent example – the objective of our recent website redesign, was to just to change the colour scheme to reflect our new branding. However, Mark delivered so much more, updating the whole style of the website, that was starting to look a bit dated, even at 5 years old!
Mark and I worked closely together over a two year period in the design, development and implementation of a back-office, customer management application that came to be know as TDB. The resulting delivery was a spectacular, user-friendly and reliable database that enabled my business to deliver outstanding customer service and retention rates. Mark always went the distance (and then some), often working through the night to ensure we, as a business got what we wanted.
