Achieving the desired results, on-budget and on-time
We believe designing a website, application or system is a collaboration with the client and all members of the LogicSpot team
We use transparency as a goal towards accountability – so everything we discuss is shared and tracked on an online collaboration tool
Every project, however large or small is broken down into phases, which are bite-sized chunks and goals we can measure together if they’re being achieved both by us or by the client
Green all the way

We use skype as often as possible to communicate – whether that’s with others on skype, landlines the other side of the world or teams of 20 on a call, it’s all simple
We work as virtually as is possible, and is sensible with you, the client. This reduces travel times, our carbon footprint, and costs to the client. The first meet-up might be face to face, but then we might not see each other again until over halfway through the project, or even until project end when we get together to celebrate
We also use screen sharing from LogMeIn – either us sharing out our screen to share an idea with the team, or maybe us looking at your screen, so you can explain a problem or show a system we need to work with
We use BaseCamp to collaborate online – that’s setting tasks, having a calendar to work with, sharing files online, and discussing anything we need
And we use Zendesk to allow our customers to submit trouble tickets to us – either via the online tool or via an email address and for us to track and manage their support requests
