Mark

Director

Mark loves his job. He is a total visionary and a dreamer that has a capacity to make these dreams come true. He has got over 25+ years of experience in business, digital, programming and design. This allows him to 'get' the business of any prospective client very quickly and then build an amazing vision for their online business that they could not have possibly thought up on their own. He also shows clients a route how to get there in achievable step by step milestones. Unsurprisingly, Mark is responsible for a lot of client interactions and architecture/ thinking up new solutions, he often oversees projects and is pulled in as a subject matter expert. A keen photographer, originally from Yorkshire, Mark loves to work hard and play hard all year round.

Probably Mr Porter as it's just such a huge success - in terms of labels, turnover, growth, design, delivery, logistics ....

Humility no matter what adversity. Is that not good enough? OK - stopping time.

Probably Simon Pegg

Your claim to fame?

Extremely geeky work-one I'm afraid. After arriving onto a project in Bangkok as a consultant to architect a solution for IBM, I pulled a few all-nighters for a few days racking my brain for a solution to a huge problem - collecting tax data for 80M people in a timely manner, allowing for offline/rainfall impact .... and solved it 4 days into the project. Both Microsoft and Oracle had previously failed and I'd provided a solution to IBM that shot them to fame - one of Lou Gerstner's top 10 projects.

Where would you like to go in a time machine?

Back to see my Grandma with my son who she never met, and tell her how much I love her, and thank her for her humour, unrelenting love and apple pies.

What's your favourite drink?

My drinks taste varies like my music taste - so it's either a good, crisp chilled white, a large gin and tonic with sage and rosemary or champagne. If I had to choose one, it would probably be champagne. All day

Who would you like to invite to a dinner party?

Richard Ayoade, Steve Jobs, Dalai Lama, Robert Downey Jr, Natalie Portman.
