Chinti & Parker is an established womenswear fashion label, who have been creating beautiful knitwear since 2009. Stocked at Net-a-Porter, Liberty of London, and many other exclusive stores across the globe, this is the go-to cashmere brand for those in the know. Founded by cousins Anna Singh and Rachael Wood, Chinti & Parker operates a strict ethics code, using factories with ethical production credentials and carefully selecting raw materials.
With broad wholesale distribution, original product, and growing retail trade, Chinti & Parker needed a Magento agency who could work with them to build the same momentum online that they had in other areas of the business. They already had a Magento site that was working well, but they weren’t able to build and develop it at the pace they required. They approached us to take over the hosting and development of the site, and we have been working to improve, renew and update the site – making swift progress.
We have delivered a range of Magento developments for Chinti & Parker, all designed to improve the site’s performance across a wide range of KPIs. The homepage, landing pages and category pages have all been re-developed, and we have implemented the AJAX ‘Add to Cart’ functionality. We’ve also worked on adding new features and functionality, including a new checkout and a wishlist functionality. These updates are all geared toward improving the customer journey, driving sales, and delivering an on-brand user experience.
After performing a thorough site audit, we migrated Chinti & Parker’s website to our dedicated hosting servers. It is now closely monitored on top-of-the-range server stacks, and we have implemented a range of coding improvements to optimise the site for speedy loading. Not only can this improve bounce rate and search-engine rankings, but ensuring the site is being hosted smoothly allows us greater scope for exciting developments further down the line.
