M.i.h Jeans is a cult denim label, producing perfect-fit, carefully crafted jeans and contemporary separates. Founded in 1969 in a small boutique on Kings Road, the brand was revived by Chloe Lonsdale, the founder’s daughter, who has breathed new life into the brand and ethos. M.i.h is a firm favourite among global denim departments, boutiques and fashion editors’ closets.
We have worked with M.i.h Jeans for over two years to build, design, develop and grow their online presence. We redesigned and re-built M.i.h Jeans’ Magento Community site from the ground-up, and we continue to deliver ongoing design and development work. This includes monthly site changes and updates, new features, and responding to analytics, industry changes or marketing campaigns.
We also provide 24×7, 365 hosting support to M.i.h, which includes constant monitoring, testing, and upgrades, along with troubleshooting and problem-fixing. By ensuring the site is properly hosted on our dedicated server stacks, we have significantly increased the site’s traffic capacity.
Bespoke ecommerce features
Developing bespoke ecommerce features for M.i.h has been a key part of our work together. Their Magento site, like their brand, has a strong identity, and this is being constantly refined. We created a unique UX-friendly product filter geared specifically toward jeans shoppers, and including AJAX filtering on the category pages has sped up navigation.
The ‘World of M.i.h’ page is a unique page that gathers different types of content into one place, delivering an engaging and inspiring alternative to a traditional ‘About Us’ section. The homepage now reflects this look as well. M.i.h produce a range of engaging, original content: videos, GIFs, wallpapers, and much more. By incorporating this into the fabric of their website’s structure we have delivered a site that shouts the brand’s message from the rooftop!
M.i.h Jeans have a large wholesale business, and with stockists all over the world, their international presence drives traffic to their website. We introduced a US-specific website, which has customisable product ranges, delivery options, pricing and currency, and we also introduced a Euro website. These sites are all manageable from one Magento platform.
