NINE IN THE MIRROR offers designer womenswear to mothers and mothers-to-be, with a focus on pregnancy-friendly high fashion. Stocking brands like Marni, Mary Katranzou and Anya Hindmarch, they have created a luxury edit of contemporary fashion that keeps mothers at the heart of their brand – be it through a gown that looks as good during pregnancy as it does after, or a chic handbag that can double-up as a nappy bag.
We worked closely with NINE IN THE MIRROR throughout the whole process, researching their target audience and getting to know their product range and brand. We designed and developed their Magento website from scratch delivering unique functionality and specifications, and building a fully responsive site from the outset.
Beautiful ecommerce design
We produced a sleek, beautiful design for NINE IN THE MIRROR’s new site that delivers an engaging blend of commerce and content throughout the site. Our experienced designers, who have worked with Net-a-Porter and Stella McCartney, combined NINE IN THE MIRROR’s brand vision and a a commercial user experience. The site is fully responsive for mobile and tablet.
We’ve created a fully customised theme with various modules, on top of the latest version of Magento Enterprise. This gives customers a unique and focused experience, optimised for conversion. We delivered:
- Ability to shop and filter by stage of pregnancy
- Catalogue and Product page filters that allow clients to view items with or without a bump
- A customisable Mega-Menu that’s editable from the CMS
- A customised One Step Checkout
- Multi-currency and global shipping options
- A same day delivery option within London
Before the launch of the ecommerce website, we built an online magazine, in order to create buzz before the shop went live. NINE IN THE MIRROR kept their audience interested before the launch by producing new and relevant content every day using guest blog writers and a portfolio of beautiful photography. We established three different templates for blog posts, which all work across multiple devices. We also recommended email marketing partner dotMailer so they could follow up with visitors who signed up for their newsletter.
