The Responsible Jewellery Council is the world’s leading standard-setting organisation for the jewellery and watch industry. The organisation provides efficient services to uphold the transparency and highest standards for responsible jewellery throughout the entire supply chain – from mine to retail. RJC is working towards creating a globally sustainable future for the whole industry, customers and society.
To accomplish their mission and goals, RJC partnered with LogicSpot to facilitate their efforts and provide them with a modern and user-friendly technology solution to stand the test of time.
During an on-site audit and review, we started off by honing in on functional issues and weaknesses. Our goal was to work with the client team to enhance the website and surface functional areas simply and beautifully, and our digital marketing team helped to ameliorate website performance by carrying out various SEO activities.
During the redesign process, we focused on the front-end and paid particular attention to the homepage and the member pages to improve the flow and useability – an area that had been weak in the previous incarnation of the website.
We then migrated all member data over from the existing WordPress integration before going live with the new website.
Our digital marketing team worked on configuring WordPress and SEO tooling to tie in Google Analytics, produce sitemaps and rich content throughout – making sure Googlebot could crawl the website efficiently and site visitors could find what they want with ease.
One of our key success points was the efficient collaboration between the tech and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. We were able to achieve this through clear comms, an open dialogue and teamwork.
