Now market leaders in sports nutrition, USN, started back in 1999 when owner Albé Geldenhuys, a mountain bike enthusiast, formed the company with the promise to develop and deliver only the most advanced sports nutrition to those of any discipline, in any sport, with any goal.

Dedicated to helping its customers aim higher and push harder, USN came to LogicSpot in 2016 from a competitor agency which had failed to deliver. In line with their own brand vision, USN wanted their site to work harder to deliver a great user experience and had a specific immediate requirement to offer more payment options resonating with its target audience.

Magento site audit, Amazon Pay integration and launch of French site

LogicSpot performed its trademark Magento site audit for USN to identify any issues with the Magento code, site performance, security or other issues across the site. A number of quick wins on both the front and back end were identified to improve home and product page design, user experience and site speed.

Before coming to LogicSpot, USN had been in discussion with Amazon to implement Amazon Pay as a payment method on their checkout. When they came to LogicSpot a brief to quickly develop its Amazon payment functionality was handed over, with an incredibly tight go-live deadline given by Amazon. Working on integrating the existing Magento Enterprise platform with Amazon’s payment system, we turned around the development work in record time and USN’s deadline was successfully met.

LogicSpot continues to deliver for USN. Another recent piece of work that really made us work together as one cohesive team with the client was the launch of their French language site – content, product and functionality changes abound.
