At LogicSpot, we’ve been proficient users of the issue tracking software “JIRA” created by the brainy guys over at Atlassian for some time now! With taking full advantage of the tip-top add on called “Issue Collector”, it has empowered us to effectively deliver awesome projects with our clients. There are no half measures at LogicSpot. We place the utmost importance on quality control and believe it’s critical to collaborate intimately with our clients in order to achieve the best result. This is where JIRA has come in to help strengthen our processes and simplify client communication.
I have to blow the LogicSpot trumpet a bit here (sorry!), but our smashing work has not gone unnoticed. We’ve resolved more than 2,500 client issues and left a smile on many faces with the help of the Atlassian software. Utilising JIRA has been a resounding success, so much so Atlassian choose to use our story for a case study to help further promote their software.
