We are happy to announce, and proud to introduce Alicia, who has come to join us this Autumn as our newest team member to take on the exciting role as our Junior Account Manager.
She comes from a fashion retail background with experience in ecommerce. She previously worked for a client of ours sometime ago, therefore knows our systems already, really well – so that’s the Magento platform, JIRA ticketing system and the Confluence collaboration space.
A little bit of background
In between her work in the fashion industry and LogicSpot, Alicia spent a fun-filled year in Florence, Italy… Where she ate gelato and drank some vino. Alongside the wining and dining, she attended a beautiful university in the centre of the historical town. She took courses in Graphic Design, Marketing, Web design, Italian and a few bits more.
When she’s not at work, Alicia likes to indulge in her cultural side. By visiting galleries, seeking out the latest exhibitions and discovering quirky museums… Often finds weird and especially wonderful things to add to her ever-growing, fun fact collection.
Alicia also grew up on a farm in Suffolk, so naturally, she is a bit of a country bumpkin. Wherever she can, she will try to head to the fields of green to spend some quality time in her wellies and with the pigs. And if she can’t make it back to Suffolk, Battersea Park is a close comparison… Well, near enough anyway (minus the pigs).
Alicia is working alongside Anna, Rich, Martin and others, making sure client work is delivered efficiently, and customer service and communications remains at the forefront of all the work we do here. A strong attention to detail, plus her ecommerce experience, make her a natural fit into our team. She possesses the fundamental qualities to make sure our clients are well looked after, and stay happy.
