New starters in 2019

Well, what a year! With a whole host of new clients to boast, we’ve welcomed a number of new recruits to the office to help with the number of new projects we have on!

Marcin Szterling


—   Solutions Architect

Marcin is an ex-Magento Solutions Architect with over 19 years of PHP experience and 9 years of Magento experience. He is always on the lookout for new technologies and trends.
He is a team player who does like get his hands dirty in the code, but also you can spot him writing Solutions Specs with same passion.

Frances Ulph


—  Media Marketing Specialist

Frances has a varied background in Design. After Graduating in Graphic Communication focusing on production and display at the University of Brighton, she worked as an events designer at Red Bull Ltd. Followed by various graphic designer positions specialising in creative campaigns.
In more recent years she has been working in creative management roles within the retail, TV and Film industries.

She is now working at LogicSpot as a Social Media Specialist. As part of our digital marketing team, she is building a strong relationships with our audience and increasing our brand awareness.

Victoria Graves


—   Account Manager/ Project Manager

Vic is the result of a Geordie upbringing mixed with a long stint in Boulder, Colorado. She has experience in business analytics, operations, and project management from a manufacturing and retail perspective. This includes planning and analytics for promotions such as Black Friday within online and retail giants such as Home Depot and Walmart.

More recently, she has experience running a small subscription business as well as business development and account management for a small web development agency while she lived stateside.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her down the pub, planning her next trip aboard, or exploring all that London has to offer

Dan Charlish

—   Product Owner

Data-driven eCommerce Manager with 4+ years of client-side experience building a successful global website, Dan has now joined LogicSpot as a Product Owner where he’ll be listening to client’s needs, scoping the requirements and collaborating with Project Managers and Developers to deliver their site. Passionate about retail, eCommerce and all things Magento, in his spare time Dan loves sports such as rugby, football and skiing, the pub, cheese and exploring London’s many hidden gems.

Emma Jarvis

—   Project Manager

As project manager, Emma leads the scoping, planning, budgeting and delivery of ecommerce sites for new clients and major changes for existing clients. Emma works closely with the upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments in product, development and support.

Kasia Mirowska

—   Front-End Developer

Kasia is a Magento 2 Front-End web developer passionate about new technologies. She is very ambitious and always wants to know everything about everything. Outside of work, she loves sports- especially riding her road bike and skiing in Italy in wintertime.
